January 7th: First visit to a shrine. It is called 【初詣】【Hatsumode】in Japanese Language.
Hatsumode is the Japanese custom of visiting a shrine or temple for the first time in the new year.
At the beginning of the year, people express their gratitude to God/Buddha and pray for happiness and good health in the new year.
Students at the Japanese language school also went to a nearby shrine for their first visit of the new year on the first day of school.

I hope my Japanese improves…
I hope my family is healthy…
Paying careful attention to the proper prayer etiquette, each person put their hands together and made their own wish.

Hatsumode is an important part of Japanese culture. I hope to continue to study Japanese culture in a fun way.
We are sorry for the late greetings of New Year , but I hope you will continue to support us this year.
